Playing Multiplayer Games via VPN : Troubleshooting

Here are some general problems that may arise: (If you find more please e-mail me.)

1. If the host of the VPN has a dynamic IP address (meaning that it changes each time he or she logs on to the Internet) then they need to make sure that people are trying to connect to them using their most recent IP address.
2. If the person trying to connect gets an error message saying that their username/password combination is invalid the host needs to simply go to the Control Panel, click on Network Connections, right click "Incoming Connections," select Properties, and verify that the information that they gave the person trying to connect is valid and that their username has a check next to it.
