Wow, great find. Love the open air bottomless pit -- I would put my fort inside of it.
This is a beauty. It's kind of a preemptive design for the new version with the massive caves.
That was the idea, plus there are two more I re-released in the dungeon. Unfortunately caging or chaining monsters makes them ineligible for reclaim/adventure mode. The room at the bottom level is full of drawbridges hooked up to a lever.

Nice tree farms, how is the harvest from them? I've tried a few giant ones before, but after 3 to 4 years they had only produced maybe 10 tower caps.
I'm guessing the game decided my glass fortress was the logical entry point from the east side of the map. I had one game where I walled off a cave. Years later goblin ambushes would spawn inside the cave, much to the delight of the 3 GCSs.
