Hope you don't mind if I steal your idea for the workshop pits, they're just that cool.
I'm sorry to say but this fort was killed due to a massive troglodyte spam after I opened up the underground before I could get my floor hatch set up. I'm working on another fort with civilization forge in a similar style to this one.
Nice tower, but the actual tower isn't centered in the giant pentagon which causes the inner designer in me to rage.
Also, you should make camels trainable then unlease them upon a goblin invasion.
I really like the dining room so far, can't wait to see what you do with it once you finish.
I see you like your stonefall traps.
I really like the style of levels 37 through 39.
At first I thought you had some weird map issue that had dirt as sky, then I realized you changed the sky color. Looking like you'll have a nice tower.
I really hope you keep working on your entrance keep, could make something really awesome there. Overall you had a very good looking fort (don't know about its functionality. Loved the aquarium.
I love the whippit, I'm going to use that combined with 1x1 retracting bridges so I can have my enemies bounce around AND get whipped to death.
Well, My marks dwarves stations didn't work at all they got one, maybe 2 kills (might be them being stupid). Ballista battery didn't work without me consistently forbidding the things outside (so my dwarves didn't rush in headfirst into orcs) If I forbid going outside the siege operators never got into position. The war giant cave spiders I had outside got killed by a single orc wrestler. If it wasn't for my BAMF mayor this fort would have been killed.

Holy, shit. Good job at making all my forts feel like an unremarkable hole in the ground...
