Hmm, the apartment block looks good, although I imagine the inhabitants will not like the traffic going through their rooms. :P
Hiding the stones lying in the sewer canals could be a wise decision.
So, do you intend to close the lower side of outdoors too? It might become a problem when all the animals that happen to spawn there have to exit near your fortress entrance. Otherwise a nice and compact design, but I would seriously consider securing the farming area with channels to avoid flooding your whole fort.
