Yeah, I agree. I went on a kick last night to see how it would be if I had a record of every season. ...turns out there's not really enough season to season change to justify it. Maybe I'll just keep this one going annually.

Yes, I am familiar with mud.exe. I should clarify - I will clear the tiles using both "mud" and "granite" My road is going slowly though, so I haven't got around to it yet.
I really like that you split your main path into the mountain in two, giving two major traffic routes with farming, food storage and dining in the middle for access from both sides. I'm gonna steal that idea for my next fortress ;D
