A year has passed. Much is the same, some is different. Indecision about the nature of our main entrance runs rampant. The army has changed their duds, and the immigrants are soon to be coming and we're out of wood to make them beds with.
Here's hoping the Elves bring logs instead of cloth. Or at least a giant desert scorpion.
Our Magnetite stocks are down to below 80. It's surprising that we managed to burn through it so fast, though outfitting a Guard and Millitary force of 32 dwarfs understandably used up a lot of the ore.
Fortunately, we've recently been added to the 154 edition of the Goblin Atlas, and Ironclad "tourists" have been visiting our fort and having "interviews" with our heavily trained, armed, and armored "visitor reception specialists."
Suffice to say, a healthy and steady supply of non-ore Iron is expected and welcome. - Wheatelk
