Silvertongues of Trading - 312 Late Summer by joshdw4

Map Description:

A good many years later.

Some random stats
3,324,803 fort worth with 1,058,443 exported and only 275,568 imported (I'm throwing money at everyone else).
6140 green glass blocks
80 dwarves all with REALLY nice places (I decided to turn rent off because everyone will get evicted)
27 legendary dwarves. 7 are glass makers and 10 work in the food/textile market.
5862 stored drinks and 4743 stored prepared meals of meat and whip vine flour. I decided to store as much food as I can and... umm, I don't know, maybe have a party.
2 snatchers died to fireballs in the fire pit. 4 more are lined up.
16 tame Cougars, 2 wolves, 1 Black bear. Only the wolves are adopted (both by the mayor, heh). No one seems to want Cougars.

Point of Interest: Cougar guards

Two of the Cougars are chained here. Well and their cubs should stop any Kobold who shows (none so far oddly).

I wish people would adopt these things because I envisioned a fortress with awesome cougar pets. - joshdw4

Looks like a fun place to live - kudos for making the entire fort out of green glass so far.

How does one die of dehydration on a pile of booze?

That's a very neat looking fort! I particularly like the dining room!

Thanks. There will be MUCH more glass. I think I'm pushing 3000 blocks.

@Dakira: Crazy eh? He had enough brain damage that he couldn't finish drinking before passing out unconscious. I saw canceled drink tasks for a long time before he died.

Heh, yeah. That doesn't even include that each dwarf has a green glass box and cabinet, all of the tables/chairs, the hundreds of serrated discs, or that I have created tons of raw green glass to cut and decorate my exported clothing.
