Ulolgeshud - 1057 Early Spring by Jamini

Point of Interest: The great goblin gear stockpile

Tons of narrow iron gear fills this stockpile, waiting for our resident blacksmith to melt it down.

Considering we get 2-4 ambushes a year, each containing around six goblins... (who on average carry 8 pieces of iron gear and 1 piece of non-iron gear). Even if you include the ones who escape (normally 1-2) and exclude the wrestlers (normally another 1-2) we STILL get approximately 48 pieces of iron gear to melt down. It takes a LONG time for us to get through that, especially considering Abod needs to burn a log for charcoal first, and she has other things to do aside from melt goblin gear shit...

So yeah, we have a lot of it. - Jamini

I like the Elf trap. . .

Seems fitting that they would die, speared through with wooden spikes.

Sadly enough, I don't get anything BUT elves for trading. I think it has to do with not having a liaison. It's a little annoying, since there IS a human civ on my civ's screen, and I have not once gotten to meet or trade with them.

It's either that or it may have to do with me never having successfully traded in this game once.

Well, considering you only have 7 dudes.....Who would bury the last man when he died?

His... or her... children.

I've got a good number of them already, and I'm more than halfway to having the number of able-bodied adults growing.

This is a generational fortress in the truest sense of the word. Reallly it is.
