Acearrow - 314 Mid Autumn by Unbeltedsundew

Map Description:

A really nice start area but the map was just a bit too large for me (3x8 I think) and was running really slowly, there was a cave river here and HFS neither of which I got to. In the end it was more about experiments, then a real fortress.

Point of Interest: The Library

I used all wooden cabinets for the shelves. What was intresting is that the dwarfs seemed to be useing them in lieu of actually owning any of their own. The little round area was going to be a terraced section with reading desks. - Unbeltedsundew

That's a nice room, and interesting about the free cabinets.

I like the wagon landing monument idea. The Pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock. The Claspstrokes of Gilding would probably just land on the Pudding of Cloisters or something though.

You can download the compressed map file: 2008-08/unbeltedsundew-Acearrow-region1-314-26006.fdf-map but you will need the .NET version of SL's DF Map Compressor to convert to the .PNG image format.
