Skyseal - 1062 Early Spring by Savok

Point of Interest: Holes in the Sky!

The square one is to keep the windmill operational. The others are in the shapes of the ponds below. In order to keep a supply of water into the future, we will have to have holes like this right below this level, where the main palace will likely end up, exactly the same. I feel that we should outline the other two ponds as well. On the level just below this one, the outline would be one tile wider all around each pond shape, so that we can build walls or windows around the perimeter, and still maintain the original pond size. Dwarves will get to watch the rain fall and fill their ponds! - Run Comrades

You can download the compressed map file: 2008-08/runcomrades-Skyseal-Skyseal-1062-10.fdf-map but you will need the .NET version of SL's DF Map Compressor to convert to the .PNG image format.
