A few more years have passed. We have like 80 dwarves, and things are getting laggy so this might be the last update.
This room in particular will go to whatever noble shows up first. All the rooms on this side of the river have been equipped with gem windows, which are pretty spectacular and flashy. I intend to give most dwarves a chance at living in one of these rooms, though you can see some more traditional windowless abodes on the other side. - Salmeuk

Yeah, that's really cool. Are the riverside rooms for fishing?

Thanks ajr :D!
And thank you as well, Tharis, and those rooms are for nobles or particularly classy dwarfs. Not so obvious from the first map I uploaded.
Cool comic, but is it relevant in some way or am I missing something?

That dining hall is beautifully asymmetric. The rutile line is a really great touch.
Riverfront property. Very nice.
