Map Description:

Missed the previous year's update, but its all good! Completed a construction project, and I'm really satisfied.

Point of Interest: B-0: Shaft Entrance and Trading Floor

This 2-floor high entrance hall is the Finished Goods storeroom as well as the Trade Hall, with a depot made out of solid steel. Liberal use of bins has really optimized storage. - jonanlsh

The glass looks pretty in compressed form. It's transparent. The massiveness, awesome.

I like what's on the bottom of the Grand Stairway - A Grand Granary and the thick-walled chambers.

Building around that massive stairway must make you feel vary dwarfy!

All grazing animals that (somehow) endear themselves to the dwarves or me are housed in this fungal pasture. The sporadic tree growth here contributes to the wood supply of Delethurvad. - jonanlsh

Liberal use of DFHack has significantly speeded up FPS and cleaned up the surroundings. The rest was all dwarfpower.

This place housed the dwarves of Delethurvad for about 7-8 years. Then New Delethurvad was dug, and the rest is history. All that's left in this place are coffins, cats and coal mining operations. - jonanlsh

Housing the industry of Delethurvad, the clothing, wood, stone and metal industries churn out products 24/7. As far as possible, only steel has been used in workshop construction. - jonanlsh

This square room stores all the non-consumables goods that are not meant for immediate trading. It bears the scars of numerous coal mining operations. I was desperate. - jonanlsh
Δ 128. B-5: Grand Housing Floor
Every dwarf gets a 3x3 room of above Great quality, with 2 cabinets and a container to their name. All entrances go through statue gardens with 100% steel statues. I believe it helps the happiness greatly. Nobles get 5x5 rooms with attached dining room and office (with exception) - jonanlsh

The medical complex has 10 wards, fully equipped with a bed, table and traction bench. A central office for the Chief Medical Dwarf and a soap, thread and cloth stockpile are in the center, for quick access to life-saving materials. - jonanlsh
Δ 127. B-6: Food Production, Processing, Storage and Consumption
This floor houses the food-related industries and stockpiles. From upper right, anti-clockwise, the diamond rooms house the fully engraved dining room, egg-layer pasture and nest boxes, and all the food-related workshops, all made out of 100% steel, with rare exception. - jonanlsh
Δ 127. B-6: Prison Complex
The newest addition to the fortress, the prison complex has 12 jail cells, each with steel doors, steel tables,thrones and chains. 6 of the beds are heavily gem-encrusted, and the booze and food stockpiles will keep the occasional convict from starving. Hopefully. - jonanlsh

This place is the chalk and magnetite mine. Till I use it up, that is. - jonanlsh
Δ 124. B-9: Tomb Complex
Every dwarf gets a 2x3 burial plot, fully engraved, from birth. The more important dwarves get the larger tombs, while pets and outsiders are buried in the heavily crammed mass-burial creches. - jonanlsh
Δ 114. B-19: Into the Breach
I have been rather lazy with opening up the first cavern. I'm just scared of the occasional FB that can't be killed normally. Got an artifact table prepared for a FB trap. How does I minecart shotgun? - jonanlsh
