Bloodaxe - 225 Early Autumn by Itnetlolor

Map Description:

Year 1-A
Chapter 1: Let's Hit the Ground So Hard This Time, it Shatters

As you have already noticed, to save space on my end, and not clutter things overall in my thread, and to reduce overall workload/burden, I've reduced my updating to bi-annual. So expect possibly more speed to my updates both in progress, and overall amount due to reduction.

Once again, back our regularly scheduled program.

Pirate-Queen Lucca,

Here is my first official update on our situation, as promised. At the start of each Autumn, and each Year, I will relay you our progress.

As you have already been noted on my official report, I have focused our fortress portion to a warehouse designation, and will work on supply and processing before we work on proper housing and construction of the dry-dock and the ship.

Point of Interest: 5- Designated Dry-Dock and Deployment

Here is where I plan to install a drydock, scaffolding, and build the airship itself. It's in the same style as the Bloodfist's development, except I will apply a few added touches to improve construction speeds, efficiency, and have a means to finish up/christen the ship with a bang by the end. I will even take the time to build an audience stand not far away from here to see off the next generation of Airdwarves, as well as observe the christening service from a safe distance.

You probably won't be seeing any other activity here for maybe another year. Still gotta settle down and have our supplies ready, along with having more than enough hands to get to work on this job. - Itnetlolor

You can download the compressed map file: 2013-04/itnetlolor-Bloodaxe-region6-225-20160.fdf-map but you will need the .NET version of SL's DF Map Compressor to convert to the .PNG image format.
