Radianthalls the Ageless Imperial Gold-Tower of Dragons - 114 Early Spring by Whitecold

Map Description:

Second part of the magma casting is about to begin

Point of Interest: Invisible Ore Vein?

( 114 Early Spring → onwards )

What's all this, then? Is this an ore vein seen via Stonesense and pre-designated? Or is it plans for some other project later on? - Noble Digger

It's a shame to have no POIs declared in a map this amazing! Show us where all the cool stuff is located, this fort clearly has had a lot of work put into it. :)

What does it look like in overseer?

I only checked in ssense, and there it looked pretty, even though the walls make it hard to appreciate inside details, and all the masterwork buildings don't work.

I take that as a compliment. It is also obsidian except for the roofs, which are gold, marble and bauxite respectively.

Judging by the name of the fortress and author I think this excellent map was inspired by [http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:White_Gold_Tower]this.[/url] My compliments.

This, rather. I need to pay more attention to formatting.

Words fail me.

The name is just a coincidence. The name was just the most grandiose thing I could put together, and the inspiration for the design came from how pretty things with the DFhack circle tool look.

You can download the compressed map file: 2012-11/whitecold-Radianthalls the Age-region1-114-2829.fdf-map but you will need the .NET version of SL's DF Map Compressor to convert to the .PNG image format.
