Mustyvale - 1064 Early Winter by burnedfx

Map Description:

A small underground fortress, cut off from trade early in its founding.

Edit: The images in this post are no longer available. You can find the story along with the original images here. There are two movies in his honor.

Point of Interest: Drowning Chamber

Above this hall lies the hatches that were once used to flood the room in response to any invaders seeking to disrupt trade.
Now it's just used to drown the random elf caravan that is still foolish enough to visit Mustyvale. - burnedfx

You know, I -really- like this tileset. Where can I get hold of it? :] The trees look awesome.

Ha! I obviously made a few tweaks, but since April 1st, I've been loving this tileset!

The Tail of Roomreined is Fantastic! Did you get any engravings/statues about it already?

The meeting hall and the tunnels leading down to the second and third layer are all covered in engravings with no luck so far.

I haven't abandoned this fort yet, but when I upgraded to 31.04 the water above ground, powering the fort, actually freezes, which caused the fort waterfall to flood everything.

A bit frustrated, I started a new fort, but I do plan on returning to build some sort of shrine and I will be crossing my fingers for an engraving or two in regards to Roomreined.

You can download the compressed map file: 2010-07/burnedfx-Mustyvale-The Dimension of Portents-1064-32170.fdf-map but you will need the .NET version of SL's DF Map Compressor to convert to the .PNG image format.
