Probably the tallest of all functional buildings. It is completed structurally, but the upper rooms are not yet furnished. - chuzzum

When completed, the tip of this obelisk will reach the top z-level of the map. - chuzzum
Δ 15. 1920s era sweatshop
This is where the dwarven child laborers are forced to work. It has room for 24 workshops, which are changed out as needed. The floor above holds whatever raw materials are needed. This layout allows mass production of specific goods with very short notice. - chuzzum
Δ 15. Animal Training Center
The structure of this building reminds me of The Palace of Green Porcelain from The Time Machine. At least, that's sort of how I imagined it. - chuzzum

Another tall building. There are seperate floors for holding weapons, armor, and ammunition. - chuzzum

A massive silo where the overflow of food and drink produced by the fortress will be stored. - chuzzum

The future resting place of dwarven corpses. - chuzzum
Δ 12. Ungodly huge storage layer
This layer holds all the stone obtained from strip-mining areas so that they can be turned into storage layers to hold the stone obtained from strip-mining. This fortress has a lot of excess stone. - chuzzum
