Hello there! I welcome you to Daggermountains the Savage Animal-Gate, AKA Uristonol Nogleshemarinod! Well, the start of it anyway. As you can see, we just striked the earth, "we" as in Anusballs the Rape of Climaxes AKA Agakbiban Gunlel Lir. The map has a river, supposedly flux stone, and is tropical (Fun animals :D).
The dwarves are heavily modified for my rough usage, so they would not die so easily. In other words, this is a cheat fortress. The "heavy modifications" include [SEVERONBREAK], [NO_EAT], [NO_DRINK], [NO_SLEEP], [NOBLEED], tags and so on.
I think I told you enough for now, I will keep updating however.
Also, I hope I compressed the map as I should.

You can download the compressed map file: 2009-06/metalliclion-Daggermountains the -region1-301-13.fdf-map but you will need the .NET version of SL's DF Map Compressor to convert to the .PNG image format.

I don't think murky pools flood stuff beneath them if you don't remove the floor.

They can gather water during the rains, if not floored. And that can lead to leaks, if they are not sealed.
