  Home of the legendary Tree of Oars, the elves of Amalanaci jealously guard the secrets of boatcraft from the magically replenished wood of the tree. They await the day their valley will flood with water from the sea so they can begin a journey to a promised land. - Iituem
• Δ Angiruce
  Home of the Wilted Empire, so named for the intense fondness of the Empire for Willow trees. Many of the humans here work for their whole lives to earn enough wealth to purchase a willow tree from regions actually capable of growing it, only to have it die within a week in the frosty conditions. Smarter humans settle for willow furniture instead. - Iituem
• Δ Aspuzosmze
  Ngob, demonic ruler of "The Doom of Reknown", resides within this terrible fortress, reportedly trying his best to escape the pressures of fame, glory and paperwork. He does so by slaying anyone who comes within line of sight. So far this has worked, but he does have to make his own drinks. - Iituem
• Δ Azstrogera
  Home of "The Tangled Jackal". The citizens of the Tangled Jackal are a very loving people. They love death, slaughter, mayhem and torture more than anything in the world, except possibly a warm mug of cocoa. - Iituem

  Home of the Confederations of Martyring. The Confederations were originally known as The Confederations of Just Causes, until they discovered they were terminally bad at waging crusades. - Iituem
• Δ Conesina
  Home of the Incinerated Unions. The Unions once possessed a magnificent wooden fortress, the envy of all who visited them. Then they possessed a dragon. - Iituem
• Δ Enurecire
  So high are the trees of Enurecire that from the bottom you might never see the rain fall, save as periodic cascades of water from the unreachable leaves. This is the home of The Weather of Splashes. - Iituem
• Δ Irimsuku
  Home of the Spicy Nations, reknowned for their export of Elder Leaves. Elder Leaves have a peppery taste and are commonly farmed within the region. - Iituem
• Δ Kosothmidor
  This is the ninth incarnation of Kosothmidor, a Mountainhome so notoriously perched upon a fault line that it has collapsed eight times in its history from earthquakes. An ingenious mechanism with moving counterweights and gargantuan greased rails has rendered the current fortress impervious to assault by the forces of the earth, though sadly not so to goblins. Rather proud of this, the dwarves here have taken to calling themselves "The Balanced Castle". - Iituem
• Δ Laslemonec
  The perpetually shivering citizens of "The Realm of Crazes" live here. There are various theories as to the reasoning behind the name, but it likely has a great deal to do with the local gutrot, a triple-distilled drink made from mostly apples. - Iituem

  Home of the ineptly-named Hot Autumn, a group of elves that try desperately to convince the rest of Sn-nsmata that it is not, in fact, undergoing a massive ice age. So far, they have only managed to delude themselves. - Iituem
• Δ Ngebzosmoxut
  Home of "The Cruelties of Spurting". Goblins from the Cruelties have a high infant mortality rate, not so much as a result of the poor living conditions as from the sadistic tendency of their demonic leader to hack off limbs when providing 'object lessons' in first aid.

• Δ Omosptusom
  The Folded Dungeon. Goblins of the Dungeon are masters at the art of origitsu, the study of killing with paper cuts. - Iituem
• ¶ Radilem
  Home of the Nation of Savants, the nation in which the player will eventually be encouraged to start. A nation of relatively bright, free-thinking sorts right beneath the gaze of two goblin fortresses. - Iituem
• Δ Sanabikda
  Home of the Confederations of Clenching, so named because they were the first victims of the early Confederations of Just Causes. The Confederations are infamous for their high sales of decongestants and muscle relaxants. - Iituem
• Δ Sethenonu
  The Skin of Rooters chose their name to make a very careful point regarding what would happen to anyone they found uprooting trees within their ranges. When humans from the Incinerated Unions attempted to ignore this warning, they were sent back to their leaders in a manner that both names would suggest. - Iituem
• Δ Snangagu
  Home of "The Limp Nightmare", a goblin nation specialising in the delivery of a poison that whilst not deadly, renders the receipient permanently impotent. - Iituem
• Δ Snangmuspbo
  Home to the goblin nation "The Rare Poisons of Neutralising", masters of antidotes that failed to correctly grasp the idea of poisoning their weapons. No goblin nation will even consider allying with them in case they end up healing the enemy mid-battle. - Iituem
• Δ Stozudorku
  Kung Brandedhate, the Mindful Fiend, leads the inhabitants of this dark tower. He takes a less openly aggressive approach to the world and its troubles, preferring to sit in his tower and carefully manipulate the world around. - Iituem
• Δ Thafeapasi
  The frosty home of "The Circular Pear", named after the sacred fruit of the region. To date, nobody has had the heart to tell the elves living in this retreat that they have actually been worshipping crab apples. - Iituem
• Δ Vabokotam
  The home of "The Solitary Labour". By legend, this great Mountainhome was carved from the rock single-handedly by its original founder. This was not out of noble endeavour - the remainder of the work crew was still recovering from the previous night's bender. - Iituem
• Δ Vaficeavetho
  Here can be found The Mists of Mastering, a group of elves that stalk the high-boughed trees of the forest, hunting trespassers of the forest with deadly skill honed from decades of relentless practice. - Iituem
• Δ Zokunasmel
  Ast Scrapedposts, ruler of The Stern Tower, sits at the highest point of this Mountainhome (which is not admittedly that high, given the dwarven propensity to dig rather than build) and glares out at the world at large for hours at a time. He assures his people that this sole action keeps the enemy at bay, and anyone who objects must face his legendarily fierce stare. - Iituem
