A few more years have passed, and work continues on Roofdwelling! Of major note in this update is the completion of the Mall, the expansion of the tombs, and the Baron's palace has been furnished. Lots of junk is littered all over the place from several goblin attacks. I think I may stop production (save for food) and have all dwarves devote all their time to moving just to get the damn place cleaned up!
Room is starting to become a bit of a premium, and with the apartments jam full, it's time to start building up! More apartments have been built above the brewery, and I'm eying other buildings with which I can build on top of. The city might have a skyscraper craze soon...
Things on my to do list:
-Get the mess of goblin remains outside the city walls cleaned up
-Find places for more housing
-Fishery
-Royal Tower
-Park & Zoo
-Upgrades here and there
-Make things prettier (more specifically so they look cool in 3dwarf!)
( 229 Early Spring → onwards )
This is the Baron's private quarters. As you can see, he has a thing for skull totems, cat skulls in particular litter the whole room. A rather beautiful sight, and it makes a great conversation piece when the elves come over to demand we chop down less wood! - Marko

My good sir, I could not help but to notice you do not have in your possession, an arena.
This is most unfortunate as in my humble opinion, no bastion of dwarven might is truly ever complete without said arena.
If you desire, I would be most honored to assist you in this issue by providing plans for a true Colosseum, so great that it will cast a shadow on any and every might that dare challenge your dwarven superiority!
So send me a pm on the forums.

Why do you have so many engineers? Am I missing something?

Fear not! An arena is in the plans! Eventually... Roofdwelling wasn't built in a day you know! As for so many engineers, my dwarfs go through a rigorous pump operating regiment to keep them fit and nimble, so many are legendary pump operators, which makes 'em look like engineers.

About the last patch of grass...
I'd think the answer is quite obvious but I'll give you a hint.
Water slide.

This is the greatest fortress I have ever seen. You have got to have had this thing planned out far in advance even by 217 Summer.
