Map Description:

Beginning of Second Year.

This is my new fortress, as my cathedral fell apart because of FPS troubles D:

This one is much more basic Dwarf Fort, but I'm experimenting in making large mechanical projects, since I haven't really dicked around too much with mechanics since 2d.

As of right now I have 37 dwarfs, and 1 death.

Point of Interest: Workshops

Since I'm focusing on getting my farming set up, my workshops have nowhere to go but outside. - Salmeuk

The orpiment bit to the left was naturally occurring, so I mirrored it with other yellow rock to the right. It's surrounded by red flooring.

I really like how this one bends before going down the chasm. Lotsa baddies, as seen here. - Salmeuk
Δ 10. Miner Death
Instead of designating stairs, I designated channels here. My Miner followed orders, and mined himself into the chasm.

This is also my extra-water chute. - Salmeuk
