Cagemerchant - 15 Mid Autumn by Noble Digger

Map Description:

Now in a more readable tileset ;)

Construction of the perimeter wall is done, and goblins charge headlong into my trap fields. I have a good 30 in traps and I'm thinking of a way to dispense with them. I believe a good magma furnace pit is in fashion!

Got weed, got DF, time to build!

Point of Interest: 17. The Harvestworks

( 15 Mid Autumn → onwards )

In this massive soil cavern is stored a nation's wealth of food and drink. Numberless barrels lined up from wall to wall on either side of the six well-groomed farm plots sculpted from the black sand.

Black bronze and rose gold workshops lined up at the south end of the cavern (currently removed due to construction--they are being moved two tiles north) process plants and create the wealth of kings: good food and drink.

Below are three stockpiles: two massive additional food stockpiles, and a massive store for empty bags and barrels. The dwarves find this convenient! - Noble Digger

The HTML5 map viewer is currently in Alpha mode - I'm actively trying to develop new functionality.

There should be many very obvious problems with the viewer; please check the Issues page to notify or comment on the most egregious problems to help me prioritise. The most common will be Loading... with an error in the browser developer tools console. e.g. RangeError: Offset is outside the bounds of the DataView. Feel free to report a problem with a link to the problematic map or point of interest.

Nice fort.
What really amazes me is that you A: have a girlfriend and play on DF and B: that you have a girlfriend who PLAYS on df.

It's possible, there is hope for all of us :)

Find the right girl and give her enough attention in between forts that she'll stick around. Thanks btw~

I'll add a new set of images for this fort, it's progressed 2 more years and looks really nice, but I've been messing with Windlancers today (flooding a goblin tower from the top, mwuauauauaghaafgsg hack cough)

Interesting start year, trying for more megabeasts?

The tileset change is much appreciated as well ^^

You can download the compressed map file: 2009-02/nobledigger-Cagemerchant-region4-15-26281.fdf-map but you will need the .NET version of SL's DF Map Compressor to convert to the .PNG image format.
