Showing a simple method to making a resevoir for water on a Glacial biome, sadly the resultant water is bugged somehow and won't be used for any purpose, e.g. tending to the injured.

Tried this myself. Can confirm that it is indeed bugged.
I'm thinking of testing whether it's the same as salt water, and if the trick of using pumps to desalinate it will work
