Movie recorded to illustrate what is most certainly a minor bug.
If you link a floodgate to a lever, open it, link same lever to another floodgate, then always order to pull the lever twice, the floodgates act asynchronously, i.e. one opens and the other closes.

not a bug, just a feature that requires a bit of forethought. was wondering about this though; good to see a confirmation
