This shows a functioning repeater with dual pressure plates hooked to two spikes and two hatches, which toggle on and off. The left spike and hatch are hooked to the left pressure plate (water 4-7), which also controls the hatch on the repeater. The right spike and hatch are hooked to the right pressure plate (water 0-1).

Basically it repeatedly toggles two pressure plates, which can be linked to whatever you want.
