A trap design inspired by the firewall video, which is in turn based on the uber mist generator, and also uses the repeater design from the wiki. Basically I want to unfold the firewall into a corridor, and use the repeater linked to pairs of raising/retracting bridges to periodically drop chunks of magma into the chain of pumps, in order to burn every 3rd tile in a long corridor.
This video shows a prototype I made, with only one dipping point and using water instead of magma. I do intend to upload my own video of the finished trap attacking a siege or sth, but it'll be great to see other people actually using this. :)
This is also my first try at recording DF. Yeah!
