The tile set is Mike Mayday's.

Δ 30. Aqueduct.
The aqueduct is made of wood (a few decades later, green glass will be added to compensate for lagging wood production). Water is brought to z-level 15. Wood pillars (i.e. constructed wall-stair-wall) support the water channel every 5 tiles.

The magma duct has the same structure as the aqueduct, but is made of stone and culminates one z-level lower. - Aykavil

The construction site is defended by a moat on the west part of the map, and a simple wall on the east side. - Aykavil

Δ 14. Meeting room/depot/entrypoint
The temporary living quarters are built in the foundations of the east wall, so that they can be removed without a trace once the main keep is built. - Aykavil
Δ 12. Rare stone stockpile.
The red stones are imported bauxite, a crucial raw material needed to build mechanisms for the magmaduct floodgates. - Aykavil
Δ 11. First obsidian layer.
The obsidian wall has been dug so that it can be smoothed from the inside (which is the only way to smooth underground walls without destroying surrounding tiles). Obsidian will be poured in again afterwards. - Aykavil
