I'm back into making fortresses and I'm throwing in some of the things I've learned over my time away from DFMA.
Which, to be honest, isn't much.
Anyways, this is Duneboard, a desert-based fortress. I got a lot of immigrants early on, so I've been able to get quite a bit done in just one year. I've also discovered a cavern, which should be fun to snoop around. This is also a temperate region, so the river freezes around mid-Autumn. I got some floodgates down in there, but I'm leaving them open for now.
Also the entrance to the fort. Has a simple stonefall trap defense right now, with the trade depot just south. I plan to make walls around a larger area and make it a fortification for a military, if I can manage to get them working right. - [deleted]
