Beginning of Year 4! Finished the tunnel system, finished part of the palace, almost finished the first floor of the jail. Expecting migrants soon; will build 10 new houses and start on the slums to prepare.

Δ 17. Jail
Made a jailhouse above the inn; there will be two floors eventually, the second a copy of this one. Should be more than we'll ever need. - Frogwarrior
Δ 15. Sheriff's Quarters
One-fourth of the first floor of the palace is the sheriff's quarters. The mayor, hammerer, and tax collector will also be on this floor. Baron/Baroness will be on the next one up, and if I ever get a King, that will be on a third floor. Tombs will be under the palace. The dungeon master will be in an underground room under the high-class apartment complex. - Frogwarrior
