Another year has passed, and life within the abbey has calmed down, while life outside...has gotten downright crowded
Another year, and we finally wrapped up our new construction, which gave me a little time to write another report for the mountain home.
This year we saw a swell of new migrants, bringing their total population to 21. They have been busily digging away, though as with last year they came woefully underprepared for life outside the mountain home.
In brighter news, word reached us that two dwarves were struck with fey moods this year, and that they both contructed idols. One was made of turtle bone, and the other out of fire agate. They currently reside in a stockpile in their fort (more on that later), though arrangements are being made to enshrine them in the sanctuary, to keep them safe from marauding kobolds. - Cypress

Wait... What is that... at the bottom? Is it an Elf or an Elephant?

Which bottom? South? Or down? Also, it's probably an elf, not an elephant. Since the map was taken in spring, it would sync with the elves' schedule

So, why is there a channel next to the farm in the religious area? Anyway, thats pretty awesome with the migrants in a different area. :)

This is seriously awesome for some reason.
off to make my (holy) citadel tower to Armok made out of nothing but sylvite and serpentine.

Awww, thank ye
Just remember, a shrine to Armok should be red. Much redder than a shrine to Saint Urist. Also, remember to include sacraficial ledges for hurling animals and nobles off of.

Constructed floors don't make the thing beneath them count as underground, So rotting food in your food stockpile will never cause miasma.

Hmmm...gonna have to put a lid on that stockpile then. Make another story
