Another year has passed in Craftedabbey, and...things have gotten busy. I, Brother Superior, Zuglar Soundhal, shall do my best to explain with the attached map.
I realize, much to my embarassment, that I did not introduce myself last time I wrote back to the mountain home. I am Zuglar Soundhall, record keeper and brother superior of this abbey. It is my job to write reports bound for the Mountain Home.
Since this is a home of the faithful, we do not measure all of our achievements in stone and monies (just an awful lot of them). To that end I am happy to report two marriages within our fair walls, one of them my own.
On a not so happy note, we have had...migrants. I have attached a note concerning them, but suffice to say that these profit seekers are no pilgrims. More on them in their own note - Cypress

You can download the compressed map file:

but you will need the .NET version of

to convert to the .PNG image format.

Wait... What is that... at the bottom? Is it an Elf or an Elephant?

Which bottom? South? Or down? Also, it's probably an elf, not an elephant. Since the map was taken in spring, it would sync with the elves' schedule

So, why is there a channel next to the farm in the religious area? Anyway, thats pretty awesome with the migrants in a different area. :)

This is seriously awesome for some reason.
off to make my (holy) citadel tower to Armok made out of nothing but sylvite and serpentine.

Awww, thank ye
Just remember, a shrine to Armok should be red. Much redder than a shrine to Saint Urist. Also, remember to include sacraficial ledges for hurling animals and nobles off of.

Constructed floors don't make the thing beneath them count as underground, So rotting food in your food stockpile will never cause miasma.

Hmmm...gonna have to put a lid on that stockpile then. Make another story
