Map Description:

Post-burnination, the map has a pretty burned down look. Unfortunately that darned grass will probably grow again to cover the ashes.

Point of Interest: Everburning turtles

Here, a few months later, the main hall is still pretty smoky. As far as I've been able to discern, it's a pile of turtles burning in the corner. And burning. And burning. - Rubberduck

18. The Tower of Sacrifice

At the top the tower, animals and sentients are dissected by the high priests, two level down another high priest processes the tortured flesh into bloodstones and soulstones for use in the dark dwarven magics.

Once the tower is finished one find a masterful statue of Agesh, the god war and fortresses, at the very top. - Rubberduck

¶ 15. Everburning turtles

Or the chambers of death, as they became during the burnination period. Burning dwarves going to rest, and wooden beds, and sleepy dwarves going to sleep didn't make for a good combination. - Rubberduck

A tomb seemed reasonable for all the burnination victims. Seventeen coffins in, and there are still plenty of dwarven bones littered around. - Rubberduck
11. Obsidian Production Facility

( 204 Early Summer to onwards )
Here is the facility that produces obsidian for the building of the main tower. A miner channels out the obsidian plug to the north, and then pulls the lever that opens hatches two levels above to let water fall down.

I'll probably make a new facility some time, since this system requires manual opening and closing, with the associated risk of flooding. - Rubberduck
