All is mostly well in the halls of Ashencrafted, fequent goblin sieges aside... evidence of them still remaining on the roads to the fortress gate. Had to make a new tomb to cope with the ever increasing death count, though much to my surprise dead dwarven traders do indeed fill coffins in your own fortress. Long since finished moving the metalsmithing operation down to the magma moat.
Construction well underway of the large secret project. Hopefully it won't end with a permaflood of magma but I'm thinking it shouldn't, but as seen there are plans for a 2 wide magma moat surrounding those circular rooms.

Is temperature on? Not that it wil make a difference: there is a bug where cloth stuff will burn for years.

Eh, nah. Been reading the forums and the stories of burnination and spontaneous combustion kind of scare me a bit. :P
But yeah, thanks for the tip, that definitely would've put doused my plans.

Secret project: Is it a magma fueled heltaskelta with wooden boats?

Unfortunately, no. But that would be a fun ride for the nobles!
