This is where dropped people (from the execution bridge) hit the ground, about seventeen z-levels down. I find that for most foes 10 is plenty, but preparation never hurts. - Erathoniel

The trader has large, extravagant quarters so that his shared "rooms" don't drop catastrophically in quality. - Erathoniel

The well is one of the cheaty parts of the map, using a dtil'ed in aquifer. - Erathoniel
24. Farms

Plump helmets for the win. I cheated to muddy the place, using dtil to make an aquifer, then waiting for it to fill up, then removing the aquifer. I then manually cleaned up, muddying the tiles that weren't muddied by the aquifer (I turned it off a bit early). - Erathoniel
