I used the site finder, embarked, revealed and look at that location!
There's basically everything! There's a magma pipe, a brook (so, no carp), there's iron ore, flux, tons of trees and also sand. The only things I don't have are an underground water source, HFS and bauxite.
Granted, it's not a "fun" map, but a map for noobs like me.
