Ikudbesmar "Reignpulley" - 1058 by BridgeBurner

Map Description:

No major architectural advances since last update. Only maybe 2 or 3 are planned. I had no immigrants at all throughout all of 1057 and was left with 98 dorfs, down from 110 coming into this spring. Thankfully, a very healthy immigration topped me off at 122 at the time of this capture. I don't think I ever pined for peasants more as the fortress is really bogged down with menial tasks. I'm going to put all major tasks on hold and let the fortress clean itself out before resuming.

The medinas looks great, and I like the wide funnelled entrance. I'm not sure about the diagonally spaced walls on the south offices - I'm sure you can see/fire through those gaps.

I'm definitely not happy with the way some of the noble villas turned out. I agree that the diagonal tiles look awful, though I'm not so much worried about any nasties down that way.

BridgeBurner, why not patch the offices up with windows? When you put them in, they tweak the wall pattern. I think it could look much cooler then.

Ooo....great idea! I was actually wondering what the hell I was going to do with my magma glassworks. Satisfying picky fey moods just didn't seem like enough.
