I haven't uploaded a fort for a while. Because of it's name I was gonna make a grand palace on the east side of the map and my my own magma river through the middle to protect it with a small fort/trading post infront of it. I have put in a bunch of civs that someone made on the DF mod boards including Bugbears, a bunch of different goblins, woodwose and hobgoblins. If someone could help me by telling me who made these so I can thank them because I'm enjoying the destruction of my forts. =)
Anyway after around 10 sieges in only 4 years of being made Scrapedpalace has taken quite the beating. What you see is the remains of the last Bugbear siege which killed 22 dwarfs.
2 years before I had 46 dwarfs so you can see how bad all if these attacks were. No one seems to want to come and help build the palace now.
The 4 surviving dwarfs are all Champions named Cherry, Ed, Edd and Eddy. Yes all 3 Ed's are alive because of an earlier bugbear attack which injured them. Cherry is the only dwarf able to move but lost her right eye last siege.
If you check the bottom of the map you'll see the Ed's are in a bit of trouble. I accidentally hit water while digging out a pipe to pump the magma into the man made river. This is causing that water to slowly drip to the bottom floor where the beds are. In around a year unless migrants come they will all drown or die of starvation.

You can download the compressed map file:

but you will need the .NET version of
SL's DF Map Compressor
to convert to the .PNG image format.
