The fourth year of Waningink. Sorry for the slow update. DF's been a mite slow.
Hope everyone enjoys it, 'cause I blew most of the Bauxite on decoration.

Be sure to get the custom objects.
Waningink is now on hiatus (probably permanently). If you wanna see another one of my forts, look at Ancienttraded

You can download the compressed map file:

but you will need the .NET version of
SL's DF Map Compressor
to convert to the .PNG image format.

I'd be tempted to pave the courtyard on the surface to stop sand being walked everywhere.
The vanity decoration looks better from the air.
Reveal all kinda spoils things. Is it useful? Was it worth it?

I don't wanna pave, it takes too many resources.
I've never had problems with the current fortifications, if the dwarves would stay close to home.
Recently, thieves have all been massacred by my archers, or helpful woodcutters or whatnot. I don't remember for sure, but they all die.

Loved the memorial, specially the "one flaw" :-)

Actually, it was more a flaw in my construction planning, but I felt it was suitable.
Next update could take a while. I had a save error where I saved, and then loaded directly into a crash. Fortunately, I have backups.
