• Δ 22. The Pool (corrected)
  When I found the pool I was ecstatic. The fort was actually getting kind of boring and this was something new and unexpected. As you can see, I managed to dig a hole to the bottom of the pool. As I was unprepared, that meant a massive flood.

• Δ 21. Flooded Tunnels
  I tried to stop the flood in the tunnels right below the pool... unsuccesfuly. If you look closely, one tunnel is blocked by a floodgate, I didn't manage to close the second tunnel in time, though. That was bad, because the water went straight to the stairs leading to my fort. U pit hatches on one of the stairs (the double one on the left, next to the small pool) in time, but didn't close the second one (southernmost tunnel that ends in a "L" shape). - Markus_cz
• Δ 20. The Access Route
  I had to build some way to the unaccessible shops, so I decided to build these halls and tunnels right above the flooded area. I'll build a nice well here and some statues later. I have lots of water in the middle of my fort, I can as well use it. - Markus_cz
• Δ 19. Watery Crossroads
  This is where i finally managed to hastily build some walls and stop the water a few metres away from my rooms. Notice a single floodgate near the stairs on right and half-constructed walls in the southern tunnel. Seems like dwarves can't build even on a 1/7 deep water.
  
  Good news was that doors and hatches do not leak water (there is actually a hatch you can't see on the spot with the cursor). Two shops ended up unaccesible, but dry. - Markus_cz

• 18. Legendary Bedrooms

  ( 1061 Early Summer to onwards )
  This wing of bedrooms is dedicated to my legendary dwarves. On later maps, you can see them more easily, since they are smoothed. Most of the furniture in these rooms is decorated. This is where i put my gems and metals. - Markus_cz

• 18. The Waterfall

  ( 1061 Early Summer to onwards )
  My waterfall. It took me a long time to build, because - as it seems - three sqares wide drainage is not enough to drain all the water that comes from three squares wide waterfall. Building the waterfall so it would work, and not flood my fort, costed me several attempts, three injured dwarves and a few dead animals.
  
  Look at the meeting area below this level. In my first attempts, there was too much water coming in and this area got flooded. As dwarves came through, the water current pulled them down into the well (!!!) and then several levels down.
  
  The moral of this story - never build well in a place where flooding could happen (such as next to your waterfall). - Markus_cz
