Do the water falls serve any useful purpose? I like the way you've walled around the edge of the fortress island, very motte-and-bailey style. That and its a great natural defensive position.

The waterfalls improve dwarf mood... These guys don't really need it, it was mostly an experiment. Too much hassle.
