So this is where it ended up. I've decided I like the silo style design, individual towers that can be sealed off from one another, and I'm going to hopefully find a way to make it better in my next fortress. This one is ready to receive the king but I'm done with it. It's too slow with all the dwarves around, I'll have to use less land next time.
I'm most unhappy with the accomodation in this fort, it's a complete waste of space.
There was a crash that I can't reproduce, I'll go into it in the points of interest.

Very cool spire, I have to see that in a profile slice at some point. I like the circular nature of your rooms, and the different directions that your fort has gone in.

Impressive! I quite like how you fully utilize the z-axis in pretty much every room of this fortress.
Kind of reminds me of a bubble-like design.

Having the new side view really shows how flat fortresses are, I think I'm going to need a lot of z levels for my next one. It'll look much better from the side if most of the rooms are more than one z-level high.
