Getting perilously close to the pits... i need to find a way to make my soldiers better. still awaiting my first siege, and i have a nice little moat and two masterwork catapults with legendary operators rearing to go!

I so wonder what your desktop is! Weird export graphic artifacts on the right edge of the map... hah. Looks like you've acheived a lot - how many miners are you using?

i have about 4 or 5 legendary miners which were my mainstay, but once they are near perfect, i'll put them on siege operating or building. I usually have about 3 or 4 good miners and then a bunch of new recruits from every migrant wave. i started with 2 proficient miners, which was definitely a good idea

Why do the bridges at the front of the fort look broked? Neat work bridging the chasm. Those side rooms of the main hall should make useful ambush points for overwhelming the goblins after they make their way through the traps, good look with the seige when it happens.
