Eventually an elephant got around to stepping on the berserk horse, solving that problem.
Naturally, now that I have a decent amount of nobles, goblins are starting to look at this place like an all-you-can-loot buffet.
A heavily, heavily trapped one, admittedly.
They attempted to siege twice - once they turned up immediately after the dwarven caravan appeared, predictable slaughter ensuring. I suppose they managed to kill enough of the goblins, though, as the siege broke afterwards.
The second time they arrived was in mid-winter. They didn't even get past seven rows of traps before breaking and running home in tears.

You are in a maze of twisty passages, all alike. There are some crossbows mounted on the ceiling. There are pressure plates on the floor.
It looks unfinished. - Maisoul
