Pump Stack Step 1 - 257 Late Autumn by Frogwarrior

Map Description:

Digging out the pump stack for Rampartroots. Gonna make a huge magma reservoir, fill it to the brim, then spray it all over cavern layer 1.

First step of my pump stack technique has been dig-designated. It is designed for the maximum efficiency possible while allowing for movement of the stack to pass through cavern layers with little exposure.

This Z-level illustrates the pump stack's ability to change direction. Check the levels above and below to see the primary designations for a z-level below and above a shift either parallel or perpendicular to the flow of magma. - Frogwarrior
Δ 22. Pump stack bottom
The bottom of the pump stack. I chose to pump from a Z-level with lots and lots of magma in it. Still might take a while to fill the reservoir though. That's fine with me! - Frogwarrior
