For some reason, a map "213 late summer", is marked as being related. I didn't post that one, it is someone else's fort.

I did something similar when I turned a volcano into a weapon.

My example for comparison

Stacking pumps in the magma pipe works wonders.

Experimental quality bedrooms. Dwarves who collect clothes get a brass cabinet. The layout is for good pathfinding, and gives each dwarf a 3x3 room. - Urist Da Vinci

The control room for the superweapon is located above the great hall for fast response time. The outer ring of levers represent locations on the map. The red central lever erupts the vent, and the brown central lever toggles the pump stack power. - Urist Da Vinci

The superweapon can cause an eruption across most of the map, including from the central volcano vent. This eruption is 4z high. - Urist Da Vinci
Δ 52. Magma Core
Based on Vattic's Mechanical Volcano, it uses 82 iron pumps and 1140 power to constantly supply magma to the weapon grid. About 14000 tiles of 7/7 magma could be pumped to the surface over several in-game days. - Urist Da Vinci

Experimental hive workshops. Stockpile rooms are above/below. - Urist Da Vinci
Δ 46. Magma plumbing
Tubes carry pump-pressurized magma across the map. Hatches allow the magma to erupt to the surface. - Urist Da Vinci
