Food Stockpile A and jail

We have large amounts of food and are scrambling for places to store it all, as well as barrels to store it all in.

This is one of the places.

More Food stockpiles

This area also has the seige workshop that is being used to grind seige engineer.

Farms

This is the source of the food that needs to be stockpiled. It also holds another stockpile and the entire food industry

Surface Fort

Our first base of operations, it still holds the two most critcal industries after metalworking, those being practice bolts and barrels. It also provides our swords, thanks to a legendary stonecrafter

Main bedrooms

This is where our non-noble dwarves get rooms of their own. As you can see, I started a new addition during my turn, though more beds are needed. No seperate slum district yet, but when that legendary engraver finishes there will be one

Magma Pipe

The Magma pipe. Mostly it's used for mass-producing bolts, although the centered one is reserved for legendaries only, and has provided most of our armor.

There's room for expansion over the flooded tunnels below.

Barracks

You can faintly see the beds at the northwest corner.

Also in the picture is another food stockpile. Did i mention we have a lot of those?

noble bedrooms and champion tomb

Actually, only the baron has a bedroom, i think the other one is the ex-property of an ex-mayor

Boneyard

This is where rotted goblins go to await being made into bolts. It's also picked up an excess of skulls.

Formerly it was some form of mine, looks like galena for practice weapon making.

Where Christes lied to me

If it had not been sealed, pressurizing the water in the river would flood the forages. All of them.

floodable forges

Somehow, the pumping system flooded these forges in a failed attempt at pumping that led to complete flooding of the staircase due to having not plugged up the reservoir

Madre de Dios

This...my eyes wander the -cat vellum- scroll, unbelieving.

Before me is the blueprint for a system of defense for a mountain defense system. Those absolute mad-dwarfs. It is as though their Overseer had gone fey, and this was his gift from Armok!

I honestly would not believe it had been completed, were it not for the lovingly added year-by-year details scrawled in an ink tincture apparently drafted up from the blood of goblins (the smell is a bit unpleasant, but sure enough, the updates remain crisp in spite of weather and age). This massive...thing. This unbelievable grand project...

Look here. These moats? They extend all the way back to Armok's boiling lifeblood in the mountain. And see you these floodgates, here, down at the bottom...this is a dwarven-made extension of the river. Those same diverting channels can be made to carry water. The fortifications...seperate barracks for defenders at at least three different points... By Armok, this is madness.

Glorious madness.
