The caravans used to arrive from the south or the east in the winter when the ice was formed. They came along the river curves and left only before the ice melt (in the case of the elves) Sadly, after the dwarven caravans stopped coming, the elves still came, and often got slaughtered by goblin raids. This floor was mudded by the spring waters from the entrance before I sealed the stairway by a hatch door. It's part of the entrance section which can be dropped into "the pit". Submitted by: ajr_ - 2009-10-11 |
