an experiment... i built a series of 4 pumps to pump upstream in a valley of a brook, to see if they'd function efficiently enough to "drain" the brook. I'm sure this is somewhat of an exploit, as it destroys water intentionally.
otoh, it'd still work if i could fill the whole valley long enough, so it's not a horrible exploit. :)
