A bit too much editing? The entire movie is about a third of a second long and consists almost entirely of a jumble of announcement and military management screens.

Problem with resetting is the miners risk being frozen by the residue water in the non-freezing part of trap.

There's a little tour of the fortress at the beginning.

Sorry that the movie spends too much time in all those menus. It took forever for me to load the frames with the lava, but in the movie they go by very quickly. I WISH the game was actually this fast on my computer.

I like the firebreath graphics more when they're roaring around the adventurer as he valiantly blocks the flames with his shield. Lovely.

Lazureus: rain causes dwarves to melt sometimes because the water is heated to boiling point whilst in the air - melting dwarves fat off on contact.

I should have looked up movie editing, after the 50s mark you can see me check the stocks and have a mild panic that the Dwarfs don't have enough booze. :)

Movie: LAVA EVERYWHERE:volcano eruption? ToWT

I'm guessing the lava flow feeding the volcano is programmed to fill the pipe up to a z-level which is higher than the pipe itself is. if the above is true then your volcano will theoretically never stop spewing
