This is now a forbidden door, and I'm in the process of making it a deathtrap for anyone stupid enough to come in. The purple trap is a pressure plate that activates the door AND the metal grate (which is a several-story shaft straight down), so anyone who trips that trap will find themselves starving to death before too long. - vix0r
