View / ReplySubmitted by: Barbarossa the Seal God - 2009-05-18Well, do you know how you can't channel out the side of the map? On stone layers, you CAN smooth the edge. |

View / ReplySubmitted by: Barbarossa the Seal God - 2009-05-18Yeah, I forgot to change the smoothed wall into fortifications, but it should be all right. Anyways, I like the fortification trick because it's like having a chasm on every map! |

The dwarves were lucky to find that the water pool and the magma pool were so close together. Unfortunately, the water pool is rather small, and infinite water is not available for Obsidian production.
At least not *Naturally* Available.
The Right side of the caverns has been walled off - next the right side will be walled off, giving the dwarves total freedom to engineer the lake and the lava - finally, the magma pipe will me diverted and then blocked, to prevent the visit of fiery visitors. -
